Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we do with your personal data. The controller is Lumemy Studio, run by an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine. Questions go to TODO-support@yourdomain.com or Telegram.
We follow the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for visitors from the European Economic Area, the GDPR. This is a translation of the Ukrainian version. If they differ, the Ukrainian version prevails.
What we collect
- Quote requests and messages. Your Telegram username, your email address, your name and phone number if you give them, and whatever you write to us when you ask for a quote or support.
- Order details. What you bought, the amount and the date of payment.
- Payment details. The WayForPay payment service takes your card details. We never see or store them. WayForPay tells us whether the payment went through, the amount, the payer's email and the masked card number.
- Your brief and materials. The text, footage, images and other files you send us to make your videos.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. It makes no requests to third parties when you browse it. If you pay through a WayForPay payment link, WayForPay handles your data on its own payment page under its own policies.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your quote request, make and deliver your videos and answer your questions. This is needed to carry out the contract with you, or to take steps you ask for before it.
- To keep accounting and tax records of sales and refunds. The law requires this.
- To fix defects and prevent abuse. This is our legitimate interest in running the service safely.
Who receives it
- The WayForPay payment service, for card payments and refunds.
- Service providers that help us produce and deliver your videos, such as hosting, file storage and the AI and video tools we use. They receive your brief only as far as the work needs.
- Banks, tax and other authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data. Some providers are outside Ukraine; we use them only with suitable safeguards.
How long we keep it
The finished files stay in your personal account for 30 days after delivery, then we delete them, so download them in that time. We keep your brief and materials while we work on the project and for 30 days after delivery, so we can fix a defect. We keep accounting and tax records for as long as the law requires. Messages are kept while we work with you and a reasonable time after.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what data we hold, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or withdraw a consent you gave. You can object to uses based on our legitimate interest. Write to us and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or, if you are in the European Economic Area, to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
