Refund Policy

Every project is a one-time payment. This page says exactly when you can get your money back. The same rule is shown on our pricing page and in the Public offer.

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of payment, as long as we have not yet made the first video of your rubric and you have not approved it, and you have not downloaded any videos. Once you approve the first video of the rubric, or download the videos, the sale is final and cannot be refunded, unless the files are defective (see below).

This is a translation of the Ukrainian version. If they differ, the Ukrainian version prevails.

When we refund

Within 14 days, before the first video is made and approved. You change your mind, or the format is not what you wanted. Ask us, and we refund the full price.
If we cannot deliver. We decline your brief (for example because it breaks the rules of the offer), or we miss the delivery time in your quote and you no longer want to wait. We refund the full price at any time.
If the files are defective. Even after download. A file is defective if it does not play, an episode is missing from the agreed scope, or the videos clearly differ from the format you approved. We first re-make the affected videos; if we cannot, we refund the price of the project.

When we do not refund

After you have downloaded the finished videos, because they cannot be returned. We count the videos as downloaded once you have downloaded the files from the bot or your personal account.
After we have made the first video of your rubric and you have approved it. From then on the work is done and the format is built, so the payment is not returned.
After 14 days from payment, unless one of the cases above applies.
For a change of mind about style once you have approved the format and the series is made.

The videos are digital content made to your order. By downloading the files you ask us to hand them over immediately and accept that, to the extent Ukrainian law allows, you can no longer withdraw from the purchase of that content.

How to ask

Write to us on Telegram or at TODO-support@yourdomain.com. Tell us the date and the amount of the payment. We reply within 3 business days and refund within 14 days of your request, to the same bank card you paid with, through the WayForPay payment service. How soon the money appears also depends on your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" or the consumer law where you live.
